Shipping and Delivery Process:
The products you order are carefully prepared from our international warehouses and sent to Turkey via air cargo. After reaching Turkey, your products are subject to customs procedures and then transferred to the local cargo company. The average delivery time is between 6-8 business days. However, due to delays that may be caused by customs procedures or cargo companies, this period may be extended in some cases and can reach a maximum of 10-14 business days. In such cases, we thank you for your patience and do our best to speed up the process.
In order to avoid any disruptions during the delivery of our products, please specify an address where you can be found during the day as the delivery address.
Payment Transactions and Return Process:
For online payments, the relevant amount will be charged to your credit card when your order is completed. In case of order cancellation or cancellations due to stock issues, the refund will be made to your credit card within 7-10 business days. The status of the order and payment is automatically confirmed by the system via e-mail.
Delivery and Order Tracking:
Your orders are prepared according to the specified delivery method and delivered to the cargo as soon as possible. Your orders are delivered to your address via local cargo companies serving within the borders of Turkey.
Please check any packages that you think are damaged during delivery in front of the courier. In case of any damage, do not accept the product and report the situation to us by keeping a report with the courier company.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
Damaged Products: For products whose boxes are damaged during cargo delivery, please contact us before opening the box and report the situation. After the damage is detected, the necessary actions will be taken by us.
Hygiene Conditions: Since our products come into direct contact with the human body, exchanges and returns of products that have been removed from their packaging or used are not accepted for hygiene and health reasons. Returns of opened products are absolutely not possible.
