Our cargo time varies depending on the country where the order will be sent. Our cargo delivery time for orders within Turkey is 6-8 business days on average. For European countries (excluding the UK), For shipments, the delivery time varies between 4-6 business days. For shipments to the United Arab Emirates, the delivery time takes 7-9 business days on average.

After you send your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and this email will include a "Track Order" button. This button will direct you directly to the cargo tracking site, where you can track the current cargo status instantly. You can also get information about the latest status of your shipment from the "Track Your Cargo" section in our store with the tracking number sent in the email. Your orders are delivered to you by Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo or PTT Cargo, depending on your delivery address.
