Shipping Times and Shipping Information

In order to deliver your orders to you in the safest and fastest way, completely free of charge, we ship all our orders via air cargo. Our shipping time varies depending on the country the order will be sent to. For orders within Turkey, our shipping delivery time is 6-8 business days on average. For shipments to European countries (excluding the UK), the delivery time varies between 4-6 business days. For shipments to the United Arab Emirates, the delivery time is 7-9 business days on average.

After you send your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and this email will include a "Track Order" button. This button will direct you directly to the cargo tracking site, where you can instantly track the current cargo status. You can also get information about the latest status of your shipment from the "Track Your Cargo" section in our store with the tracking number provided in the email. Your orders are delivered to you by Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo or PTT Cargo, depending on your delivery address.
